Dale started investing in real estate at 18 when he purchased his first property. In 1985 he left his successful management career to enter the real estate profession. Dale is the Broker/Owner of North Bay Commercial Real Estate. He is also an income property owner of many properties in multiple states.

He understands the industry from many points of view. This knowledge puts his clients at a distinct advantage in today’s rapidly changing market.

Dale enjoys the challenges of playing basketball and off-road motorcycling. He is also an instrument rated private pilot.
